Connors Fleet Service Ltd. (CFS) guarantees repairs for six months from the date of the repair on most parts and labour for personal, business and fleet vehicles up to 3/4 ton trucks. Beyond six months we honour the manufacturer's warrantee on parts only; labour not included.

The Worry-free Driving Nationwide Warranty reaches across North America when you need it most providing vehicle protection on qualifying service and repairs. Specially designated auto service centres will protect your repair warranty and are committed to providing a successful and pleasant automotive service experience.

18 months or 30,000 kilometers, whichever comes first when traveling more than a 25 miles / 40 kilometers radius from CFS. If you are inside this radius, the warranty does not apply.

In the event you need assistance on a warranty-related repair when traveling beyond 25 miles / 40 kilometers from our service facility, the warranty program administrator will direct you to the nearest in-network service facility to handle the warranty related repair. You must receive verification from the administrator first before undertaking any repairs or towing services for the warranty to apply.

What Is Covered

If you are outside a 40 kilometre radius of CFS, you are covered under a full warrantee for most parts and labour. Please see the flyer in the right column "Assistance Plus Warrantee Program" for full details. Call 1.855.276.9307 for assistance before initiating any repairs to ensure coverage.

If you are outside a 40 kilometre radius of CFS, you qualify for roadside assistance that includes towing up to a value of $75; a battery boost; lock-out service; fuel delivery; and flat tire change. You must call 1.866.588.0726 before initiating a towing service or the warrantee may be rendered null and void.

Who Is Covered

All personal vehicles are covered under the Nationwide Warrantee program, but please note that commercial vehicles are excluded from this warrantee including fleet vehicles.
